Our Process

The Brief
1. The Brief

We can meet with you either onsite or in our Gold Coast showroom to discuss your requirements and desired result including things like, layout, design, functionality of kitchen cabinets, colour schemes, budget, room constraints, special needs, wish list, must haves, expectations, time frames etc.
The Design
2. Kitchens Process

With your room measurements at hand and the brief in mind, we go about designing you your perfect kitchen which we will present to you in a realistic 3D rendered drawing. From here you can see your new kitchen start to come to life and get a real feel for what it will look like in your home. At this stage we can make changes by adding or removing elements such as kitchen cabinets until we get your project exactly where it needs to be.
Check Measure
3. Check Measure

Before ordering your new kitchen, we will require a 10% deposit and then we’ll book in a check measure. This is particularly important if your new kitchen design was created in our showroom, as we need to confirm that all measurements that have been applied to the design will fit in the space. At this point we will also check things like finishing heights, wall and floor levels, room dimensions, and room constraints. It is at this point that you will be advised if any changes need to be made in design or costs.
Final Plans
4. Final Plans

Once you agree to any changes after the check measure, you will receive and sign off on your final plans. Any changes made after this point will incur additional charges.
Order
5. Order

Ordering of your new kitchen will take place after signing off on your final plans, signing of supply contract, and receipt of a progress payment of 40%. The time frame for delivery of your new kitchen will depend on the material included in your new kitchen. Average timing is around the 2-week mark however some materials and times of the year can increase this to 4 weeks.
Delivery
6. Delivery

A convenient day and time will be arranged for the delivery of your new kitchen. 2 days prior to delivery, you will be required to pay the final payment for the balance due of goods/materials.
Completion Sign-Off
7. Completion Sign-Off

Once your new kitchen has been installed, we check that you are completely satisfied with the finished product. If at this stage, there are any outstanding issues we will book in a recall to rectify any issues.
